The reason that this blog hasn't been updated in over a year is because our founder, Hunter Ekvall, got a new job!  He's working for a company that specializes in video work for law firms, and it's been an exciting year.

We are still doing freelance work on the side, and in the past year, we've mostly done work for Texas Productions, Inc. on their television show, The Texas Music Scene. Most of what we've done is a little editing here and there, but we have gotten the chance to shoot a couple of times with Ray, Jack Ingram, Wade Bowen, Josh Abbot, and Donnie Nelson from the World Champion Dallas Mavericks!
We also had the chance to work one of the games of the ALCS, with the Texas Rangers defeating the New York Yankees to head to their first World Series.  We had a great time and met a great jib operator named Eric Young. If you need jib work, he's a good guy to call.

We've got a busy few weeks planned here at Bedias Creek Productions! The team will be burning up the asphalt on I-45 as we travel between the mother-ship here in East Texas and Dallas for a number of shoots this next week.

We're currently working on a few projects that will be featured on D Magazine's web page featuring Dallas-area doctors. We've already produced a couple of these videos, and we've gotten to work with some really amazing doctors. Check out a few of the videos...

Freelance work has been busy lately, working as a Varicam camera operator for Texas Productions on their new television show, Texas Music Scene with Ray Benson.

We just got back from Austin, Texas, working with Smart Systems and fitness expert Chris Freytag, doing some exciting stuff.

Worked with the Panasonic HVX-200 for the first time, and I am impressed with this camera! All the features this thing has, it's like a mini-Varicam. This might be the main investment for BCP in the future!
